Reconocidos por ser criaturas mitológicas malévolas que forman parte del folclore de las tribus indígenas algonquinas y que cuya característica más reconocida es el hambre que los lleva a cazar continuamente a nuevas víctimas pero otras veces directamente los describen como vorazmente insaciables. Algunos narran que los corazones de estas criaturas es totalmente frío, personificando la maldad y la monstruosidad pura de la naturaleza. Siendo más implacables y brutales que los hombres lobo y vampiros, no existiendo ni una sola historia que los narre teniendo otro tipo de interés aparte de saciar su hambre... Hasta ahora...

Un chico tímido, miedoso y llorón se ganaría el amor de todas las chicas de su escuela e incluso de las maestras gracias a que él las comprendía, y las consolaban cuando estaban en sus peores momentos y sin esperar nada a cambio, pero por una "broma" que hizo alguien, todo se fue a la mierda para el chico, el amor de las mujeres se volvió enfermizo y posesivo hacia el chico. Al punto donde las mujeres matarían a la familia del pobre chico ¿Cómo logrará el chico domar a las mujeres de su escuela? ¿Logrará salvar a su madre de la posible matanza de las mujeres? ¿Acaso él chico morirá? ¿Acaso todo terminará bien?
