In a universe parallel to Earth, rollercoasters, fair rides, and water slides are represented by dragons. Orion is new to it all. He doesn't have many friends, but at least he has a peaceful, quiet existence. He couldn't ask for more. He gets more, however, when all of the sudden everyone in Kings Island is relying on him. An ancient and powerful danger is lurking in the air once again. Orion, apparently, is the missing piece to it all. He has an untouched magic lurking in his scales that he needs to harness fast -- before he dooms his new home to crumble. Banshee lives a life quite the opposite. She has many friends. The question is whether or not they're real. Constantly asking if she can trust those closest to her, she finds herself accepting help from a mysterious spirit that claims to have the answers. Soon she winds up trapped with a deal she can't escape from and a friend she is being forced to betray. Kings Island's loneliest Coaster Dragons have to find their way in the world before everything they know is gone. Can they find the courage to make a change?
