While looking for her memory-wiped parents in Australia, Hermione meets an old schoolmate, quickly bonding over shared history and trauma. Both Draco and Hermione came searching for solace and found something much greater: a love neither thought they would have. An overarching snippet of their life together shows Draco and Hermione building their life, from connecting with the middle-aged couple seated next to them at dinner, to handling unfiltered friends, planning a wedding, entering parenthood, and eventually returning to their origins, surprising all with their unlikely story.

This story takes place three years after "Lost and Found". It would be better if you read the other story first, but you can also start with this one. Maya and Josh meet again, three years after the last time. She is 20, he is 23. They have both tried to move on and they both think they made it. Following the path of the previous story, Josh and Maya find themselves falling, once again.

"You see, Draco Malfoy, without your sarcastic replies to endure each morning and that arrogance only you could carry, I find myself somewhat missing you." Draco thought the biggest problem living for a year under the same roof as Hermione Granger was the probability of them killing each other. He never thought it would be falling in love with her.

Draco breaks a time turner and starts jumping around in time (very similar to the premise of the Time Traveler's Wife). At first when he sees he's married to Hermione in the future, he's horrified and fights against it any way he can. But the love he sees in the future is unlike anything he'd ever imagined for himself. Meanwhile, his future self is coming to the past to charm Hermione. When they both meet up in the same time, things get fun.
