He wants to tell her but fears what she will say. But Hermione soon notices Draco's behaviour and falls for him.
Draco sat alone, sinking into his own thoughts, when someone quietly knocked on the compartment door, which he had closed. He turned his head and saw a girl with bushy brown hair, looking nervously at him. [oneshot]
