He saw Suho's eyes shift to the friends standing quietly behind him. All three were watching them silently. They were aware of the heavy atmosphere, and they stood there carefully, even controlling their breathing so as not to disturb the moment. "Who are those behind you?" "My friends," Sieun said, his voice hoarse and faint. He felt like he could cry at any second. Could Suho see the tears forming in his eyes even from this distance? "I'm glad," Suho said, a faint smile appearing on his face. Sieun felt that he looked relieved. His breath caught. The weight of the air around him pressed down on his lungs. He took short, broken breaths. Now he was smiling too. Finally, he thought.
