Dr. Lahela Kekoa is a scientist on Pandora. She is a Na'vi anthropologist and wants to learn all she can about the na'vi. As close friends with Dr. Norm Spellman, she was assigned to the same team under Grace Augustine. She didn't know Tom Sully personally so she was surprised to find a wheelchair bound marine as his replacement. Despite this they got along well. They all did to a certain degree. And then Lahela got caught up in Jake's escape from the Thanator and they were split up. She was found on the forest floor. and Jake was found by Neytiri.

Siobhan Sully was always different from the rest of her siblings for certain reasons as the only human daughter of Jake and Neytiri Sully that was adopted by the pair after her mother Trudy Chacon's death. But after Trudy's death, Jake is still struggling with her death and he just takes his angry and sadness out about Trudy's death on Siobhan resulting in the pair having a troubling father and daughter relationship and Siobhan just longing for the same treatment that Kiri, Grace's daughter gets from him. The only person in Siobhan's life that cares for her is Neytiri, her own adopted mother as Neytiri has noticed how hard Jake is on their oldest daughter and she takes care of Siobhan more then Jake does for at all and because Siobhan reminds her of her own older sister. As time passes, Jake Sully and Neytiri have formed a family and are doing everything to stay together. However, they must leave their home and explore the regions of Pandora but when an ancient threat resurfaces, Siobhan must fight a difficult war against her own kind. When Siobhan meets Aonung for the first time, she just thinks that he's just a rotten brat who uses his position as the future Olo'eyktan for unfair reasons and just because he's the future Olo'eyktan, he just gets away with everything. As they spend more time together, they realise that they have a lot in common and for the first time in Pandora history, Siobhan Sully may become the first human tsakarem of the Metkayina clan. As Aonung and Siobhan begin to follow down the same path as Neytiri and Jake, everyone else can see it except for the pair themselves that they have romantic feelings for each other despite Aonung being arranged to be mated off to someone else. Will Aonung and Siobhan admit their feelings for each other?

In this alternative universe, Jake Sully was born on Pandora in the Omatikaya Clan under the name Tsyeyk. Aquila Chase is an ex-marine who was hired by the RDA to pilot her twin sister's Avatar after her death. She finds herself involved with the Na'vi when she's found in their forest and chosen by Eywa for some reason. She's between two worlds and her loyalty is split in two. One side wishes to live like the Na'vi and to become part of them, but she knows her stay is temporary. The other side wishes to follow her initial plans and complete the work she was sent to do. What would she choose when the time to make a decision comes?.
