Kira Kokoa was a completely normal girl... At least that's what she wants you to believe. A brilliant mind-reader that's been masquerading as quirkless since she was a just child. Rejected by people and messing up over and over. Sometimes even a mind-reader has trouble trusting people. But when she meets a fellow bullied reject that's just a little bit like her, she puts her own defenses down just a little... To help him with his own. "𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐜, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐞. Harper Rye can, to put it simply, read minds. It's not something she consciously does. Her quirk simply allows her to pick up people's thoughts, regardless of whether she wants to or not. The fact that she can't turn it off makes having such a power nearly unbearable. To make matters worse, she's somehow managed to fall under the radar of the super-genius principal of UA high, Nezu. He's sure there's a traitor amongst them, and is convinced Harper is the key to finding them and shutting them down. Plunged into a world she never wanted to be in, Harper finds herself on the fast track to becoming a hero, maybe managing to make some friends for once in her life, and quite possibly saving Japan from near-certain destruction.

Merfolk were the very foundation of Shota Aizawa's childhood. Growing up with an absentee mother and a father who worked hard to keep them comfortably afloat, Aizawa found himself growing up faster than most kids his age. Mature beyond his years, he still derived joy from the stories his father would tell him at night. Sitting on the end of his bed, his dad would spin tales of finned creatures who convened with dolphins and wrestled sharks. Shimmering scales and magic that surpassed what was thought to be possible with quirks alone. Stories of seashell hoards and kingdoms built of colorful coral and carefully polished stone. It was one of the few things Shota could look back on and smile. The mere mention of them brought a light feeling to his chest and a shine to his eyes. Though, he never would've thought those myths could be true. (I do NOT own the cover art)

Endeavor doesn't believe in soulmates, right up until the moment he gets one. Enji isn't winning any awards for his vile parenting abilities and the only skill Hoshi Kansai really has is the ability to do the splits in skin-tight denim shorts without ripping them. They're from entirely different worlds with entirely different personalities. Everything about them should clash, and yet... it doesn't. And Enji isn't sure how to feel about that. Or: Endeavor finds redemption with the help of a short, quirkless stoner who likes to dance.

All Might went into an orphanage for a charity event and came out with a new lease on life and an adorable-- if not slightly traumatized-- son. Izuku is a boy with open eyes and a kindness that stretches miles and miles deep. He knows more than any ten year old should, and Toshinori is aware of this. He's been aware of this since the moment he crouched down in front of the boy and let him press their palms together. Now Toshinori is impossibly smitten and determined to heal Izuku the same way he helped heal him, no matter what challenges jump in the way. He'll protect and build him up no matter what. For his son, nothing is ever too much. Of course, he never claimed to think fatherhood to be easy going in. He just... hadn't thought it would make him want to Detroit Smash some cocky brat named 'Kacchan' through a wall either. Or: Izuku heals All Might on a whim and gets himself a new, (extremely overprotective) dad in the process.

Thirteen year old Etsu hasn't been given a very good run of life. Stealing chips and jello cups from a hospital just to get some food in her, she doesn't expect to stumble across the room of a five year old Shoto Todoroki. Left recovering alone from a burn scar over his eye and looking terribly sad in his too-big hospital bed, Etsu doesn't expect to spontaneously ask if he wants to come with her, either. Now both on the streets, Etsu's determined to give Shoto the life he deserves. Because if she's going to kidnap an entire child, she's going to commit to it and get him what he needs. No matter how hard it is or how many laws she has to break. After all, she already took him-- anything that comes after is just another cherry on top. Now, if she can just do all that without getting caught, that'd be great. And where do all these other children keep coming from? (Or: Etsu sees Shoto Todoroki in the hospital and thinks he looks very alone. After asking if he wants to come with her, she whisks him away to raise him. It goes a lot better than you'd think. Even if she does get a couple more kids than she bargained for in the end.)
