He doesn’t need to do much for a living and spends a lot of time out hunting with some of his friends in the woods. He works at a restaurant down the street from his apartment. There’s nothing weird about him. Right?

Mike Shinoda moves to Agoura Hills for the last two years of high school. He meets up with a couple new friends just in time for Homecoming. They’re set on setting him up with someone. But what’s the problem with this kid that can’t seem to take his eyes off Mike? What’s his deal? And why is he so different?

His life turned into a living hell. He can't escape the pain he goes through by himself, but maybe there's someone who does care about him. Maybe.

Chester Bennington's life is nothing short of chaos. Between running away from a stalker and abusing substances, he has no time to hide all of his issues from his new band mate - Mike Shinoda. [Will be looked over in the future and made much better grammar wise, as this fiction was created a long time ago. Completed.]

Mike Shinoda is an ordinary boy with extraordinary talent. He's a great musician and has a bright future in the artistic field. He and his friends, Phoenix, Brad, Rob, and Joe, decide to create a band and hope to make it big. They plan to have their first gig at Brad's final senior party of the year but their plans never surface. Mike gets carried away at the party, drinking out his sober mind and decides to show off at karaoke. Later on in the night, he disappears. Chester Bennington is known as the weird boy at school with a destructive path. He suffers through numerous hardships and is failing all of his classes. He couldn't care less. With no luxuries, friends, or barely the reminisces of a family, Chester's life is falling apart. Except, he can't see how bright of a future he truly has. He has strong vocals and a passion for singing but doesn't believe he can actually make it. With no self esteem, he won't try. How will these boys cross paths?

Bennoda fanfiction. Chester has chronic nightmares, which seem to bother everyone but Mike. The two bond even further. The past rears its ugly head. Drama occurs. Romance blooms.

Missed Call is a Bennoda (Linkin Park) fanfiction based in modern day time. The story follows Mike who stumbles along a boy in his class that he doesn't really notice, Chester Bennington, who's being abused at home and bullied at school. After an incident on the last day of class, Mike gives Chester his phone number and can't seem to get the boy off his mind. Author's Note: I don't plan this story to be too long as I have other plans for a bunch of other stories but I'm definitely trying to reach for perfection with this story.
