"Officer Nash, Evan." And the man does sound affected and Bobby realizes that this man may directly know his son, "Was out in the field, a infiltration mission, I apologize I can't be more specific." Bobby doesn't give a fuck, "We were ambushed, I'm sorry Captain but Evans leg was crushed underneath a tank."

Eddie thinks sometimes that he's the only one that enjoys Bucks rambles but how could he not when Buck is so full of information that Eddie wouldn't know if he hadn't heard it from Buck? He knows that he's bad if not worse than the kids when it comes to always paying attention. Ignoring the kissing sound from beside him he answers, "Did you tell Chris all of this tesoro?" Relaxing when Buck doesn't stop his rambles at the endearment Eddie lets free. Oh Eddie is gone for.

Buck does cute things, and he doesn't know if anyone else has noticed, but Eddie has and it's driving him insane. He feels insane watching him. They're habits, ingrained into the man's brain so deeply that he doesn't even think that Buck himself realizes he's doing it. He's peeling garlic, not even aware of Eddie in the room yet, humming to himself when Eddie hears it, "Let me take your coat, please." To the garlic. Buck wanted to go home. He wanted nothing more than to be back with his family and to go home. Things had been rough this last year though, first his leg got crushed, he had a pulmonary embolism, he was told he couldn't come back to work, and then there was a tsunami. Even with now being allowed back at work after making the mistake of filing a lawsuit, things were still a bit strained. His family and home still felt like they were an arm's length out of reach. Then, things get even worse somehow when he and the rest of the team get sent to see Dr. Wells after a particularly rough call.

Chase Mackey is hell bent on making the 118 pay for cheating him out of the money from Buck's lawsuit, and will do whatever it takes to get Buck to reopen it. So when he turns up dead, and the entire team are suspects, Buck has to ask himself: how far would the 118 go to protect him? Based off a days of our lives storyline
