This story is based on the characters, Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark. They both are from the hunger games trilogy, which is a beautifully written series by Suzzane Collins. "I should be dead." - Peeta Mellark is abandoned. The girl he thought had loved him has left him in the hands of the Capitol. Her actions are not tolerated, but she's safe in District 13. Peeta holds onto his love for the Girl on Fire, but he's interrogated, tortured, and hijacked. - (Btw Suzanne Collins owns this world and these characters (duh) not me)

The rebellion has just ended and a broken Katniss has been sent home. Weeks go by and she finds Peeta planting primroses outside her house. (Only read if you have scene Mockingjay Part Two to avoid spoilers.
