Mia had been out of the country for a few weeks, after being wanted by the police. Now she has to travel home, he father and the Roberti Empire are in danger. Mia has been given information regarding the threat to her father... along the way she finds love... this could spell trouble for Mia and what she has to do to protect her father and their empire. It recontextualizes Siobhan's cruelty as a survival tactic and highlights Marjorie's emotional intelligence. The title, Structural Efficiencies, is ironic-their relationship was messy and inefficient, but it provided the structural support they needed to keep from collapsing.
