The third wave is looming, mere weeks away, but in the aftermath of a zombie apocalypse, problems never come just one at a time. Season 2 of The Virus Within * * * * * Life isn't easy, and that's doubly true when you're a zombie surrounded by humans, a crazy redhead, and a far-too-curious scientist. Once you add in a long-lost sister and a Terror who doesn't know how to zombie, peace and quiet are the last things you'll find. Reports of a Nightstalker attack come mere weeks before the third wave is due, and Trinity is one of the few who have the necessary skills to take on such a zombie. Leaving her sister in the safety of the Stronghold, Trinity joins the rest of the group as they embark on a road trip to locate the feral creature before it can kill anyone else. Trouble looms on the horizon like a thunderstorm, and where there's thunder, there's lightning. You better pack your dish soap because the third wave isn't waiting for anyone. 🏆Amby Awards Round 2 Qualifier 2025🏆 🏆NanoWatts Sci-fi Winner 2025🏆 📣Watthubcommunity Recommended📣 The end of the world didn't happen overnight; It happened quietly, and no one could've stopped it. Heartfelt, Massachusetts, was once a loving place filled with lovely people. But that all changed when The Veil broke out. For a group of college students, the once bustling halls of Heartfelt College became a fortress and a prison. The story of Two Worlds, Book 1 runs through the Found Family in a Post Apocalyptic scene. It is the first instalment of an ongoing series. Two Worlds does not start like the traditional way of any zombie apocalypse story where you're hit directly into the thick of things. You'd instead get to see how the world actually changes before, during, and after. This story is not just about survival, it's about holding onto what makes them human in a world that has lost all semblance of normality. But as their world narrows and the threat closes in, the question remains: How long can they endure? I woke up at 6:30am thinking about Bri and Shawn and had to come upstairs to read. Great book. Not usually my genre but I'm hooked, again. @TheSaddestStory writes: Aaaaaaand I'm hooked, lol. No one really knows what they are or where they came from. No one knows how they ended up like that- WHY they're like that. The only thing people really know is that they're vicious, blood thirsty, and always hungry. For flesh. For us. If you encounter them and you're lucky enough to survive, you'll eventually wish you hadn't. ~ 21-year old Allona Mason just wanted to get through this summer at the lake house with her family before she was off to study abroad for a year. Now instead of exams, cute boys, and parties, her life is filled with blood thirsty, man eating creatures, (okay and maybe still cute boys too) who want nothing more than to take a bite out of her and every other walking human being on this planet. Or at least what's left of them. She thought her biggest problem would be fighting for parking spots on campus. Instead, she's now fighting for her life.
