Following the sound, she discovers a narrow vent leading into the unknown. With no other options, she crawls inside, the metallic scent of rust and dampness filling the air. After what feels like an eternity, she emerges into a cavernous space, her breath catching in her throat. Before her stands a towering, fish-like creature, its massive form looming over her, at least twenty times her size. Its glowing eyes pierce the dim light, and a sly smile spreads across its face.
