Many things try to force Sam and Deena apart. Sam's mom, Caleb, Peter, Taylor and Olivia, a bullet. And a fatal illness. It's an AU, but similar to before 1994. Lots of angst but also a lot of tenderness between these two. Any serious triggers are warned and tagged. There are mature themes and any smut is now faded to black.
