Alyce Lithix has been taken by the government, and presented with a contract, stating that her memory will be wiped, and that the government will rehabilitate her; with a twist that she doesn't know about. Alyce takes on the identity of Breeze Eccleston, forgetting everything in her past life via a machine that completely replaces her memory and personality with that of a supernatural assassin, one with the ability to reverse time in up to a minute; the government are corrupted, and are using Alyce as a part of their dirty schemes.
