In a world ruled by betrayal and where infidelity has been normalized, you will rarely find someone loyal-someone who loves sincerely and doesn't wait for their "five minutes of fame" on the backs of others. Dea Bajraktarević is one of those rare people: sincere as an individual, and even more sincere as a partner. But in a world like this, such people are looked at askance, viewed with contempt-as if the moral values and principles that should be instilled in us from childhood have simply vanished somewhere along the way, left stranded in bygone times of more honest people, forgotten in the depths of history. But the thing about Dea is that she is different. And not just because of that. She is quiet, rushing, and alive like the Sava, while he-the one who will turn her entire universe upside down-is quiet, calm, and steady, just like the Danube. They are a contrast. But perhaps it is precisely this kind of contrast and collision of worlds that was needed to bring peace to his chaotic life, and chaos to her peaceful one. Dea has the right to choose, and she must be careful about what she chooses, because for the sake of that very peace, she might be sacrificing something that has long been extinct in this world, yet was once considered sacred. And that is love.
