Osamu has always been the most liked twin, it wasn't really a secret, in public Osamu seemed very chill and mature, and Atsumu just seemed like a cocky, arrogant, self-centered brat, to say the least. Most of Inarizaki think of Atsumu as the least valuable, immature, and less hot twin. Atsumu knew most of these things weren't true, he had fangirls and a lot of them. So he wasn't ugly. But...
