Discovering that a gift from her husband turns out to be an authentic time turner from the world of Harry Potter, Alissa convinces long time friend Shannon to travel to Britain where they undertake a journey through time and find themselves face to face with Severus Snape. The girls scheme to find their way into the well known story line and save a few well deserving characters from their inevitable fate. Alissa sets her sights on Sirius Black and Shannon finds that her long time fascination with Severus Snape is anything but reciprocated. How will it all end? Only time will tell. This was a writing exercise suggested by a friend when I said I needed to get back into writing form. I never expected it to take off like it did! This is the first fictional story I have written in over ten years so feedback including constructive criticism is highly appreciated. My father, my bestfriend, my diary, my everything had pasted away of lung cancer. All of it could have been avoided if he just quit smoking, but he was so addicted he couldn't even do it for me. When I got the news of his passing I wasn't very surprise, I knew it was going to happen sooner or later. I didn't cry very much at his passing, I just went into depression for 8 months. The only thing i thought about in those 8 months was suicide. I tried the cutting thing but it didnt make me feel any better so i just started to read. First it was just little comics here and there that would lift my spirit occasionally then i started writing references then actually started completing my homework and before I knew it i was ahead in my class. I got over the depression and got a scholarship at a school in Calabases, California. My mom even got a job as a maid for the famous will smith, and we were planning to move there in the summer. My life was actually looking brighter and I was feeling so much better. I just hope that being moving would be the best thing for me and not bring back any of my demons.
