SYNOPSIS AU where Stan and Kyle find each other via text message. Both boys figure out that they go to the same school. However, Kyle figures out Stan's identity and refuses to tell Stan who he is. For reasons unknown, Kyle despises Stan. With this, we're brought through the emotional pain of both boys as they recall their previous friendship that they so desperately want back. Kyle Broflovski, Stan Marsh's super best friend, is dead. Stan, attempting to cope with the feeling that he never told Kyle how much he loved him, writes him letters, chronicling every time Stan knew that he loved Kyle. Stan also talks about what life is like after Kyle. As the story goes on, more insight is revealed as to what happened to Kyle, and what their relationship actually was. The letters portray Stan going through the process of grieving and healing after the loss of the most important person in his life. This story is written in letters, with current day interactions Stan has, and also memories he has.

Stan moves back home to southpark after a horrible betreyal back in the city, becoming popular but having only one goal, befriending Kyle again. Little did he know he would actually end up falling for him. (ART NOT MINE CREDITS TO ckenshim on pintrest!!) Lolol hiii. Originally this was supposed to be a Au in my Paper Stars story but I guess why not give it it's own light to shine?

Stan's dad died this month last year, Kyle has a crush on his best friend, Butters parents suck, Kenny's poor AND his parents suck, and then Cartman... well he's just an asshat. Even with such little time left in the school year a wild amount of drama can still occur. Kyle is just happy he has Stan and vice versa. I mean they'll always have each other... right?
