The heart of a Targaryen was said to be one dipped in fire and blood. They ruled the skies with their dragons, danced through the flames of death and controlled the direction of the wind. All from an Iron throne. Rhaella Targaryen was the youngest daughter of King Viserys and Queen consort Alicent Hightower. She was cunning and calculating, knowing how to slither her way out of the situations she often found herself in. Visions and prophecies were both a curse and a blessing for the princess, and when the dragons began to dance she used them as motive for every action and sin she committed. ❝𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝.❞ History will speak of how much ruin the Targaryen civil war brought to Westeros just as much as they will speak of the sun and moon that aimed to put an end to it. - Aemond Targaryen x OC - House of the Dragon, Canon Divergent | This fanfiction is intended for personal use only. When Visenya Velaryon was born paler than the winter snows barely six moons after the wedding of Rhaenyra and Laenor, the whispers started there. Bastard. No matter how hard Rhaenyra tried to claim she was Laenor's daughter, her resemblance to Daemon and her pale skin proved her lies. The lies and whispers tormented her throughout her life. Then one night on Driftmark in an attempt to protect her half brothers, the life she tried making for herself all came crashing down thanks to the uncle that hated her more than anything; at least that's what she was made to believe.
