Haley Queen is the 3rd Queen child. After getting on the Queens Gambit without anyone knowing, the Gambit sinks and Haley was washed up on Lian Yu but she doesn't know that her brother survived. After 5 years she comes home to starling city, back to her old boyfriend, her old house, her old room. When Oliver finds out Haley was on the island he will do anything to keep her safe but he doesn't know she can handle herself. Haley has been tracking the Arrow since day 1, she looks up to him because she sees something in him, so she becomes a vigilante herself. Her name is Mercenary and she has one goal, to save this city.
