Abhi and Riya were childhood friends who secretly loved each other but never said anything. One day, Abhi decides to tell Riya how he feels and asks her to meet him at a café. As Riya runs to meet him, she gets hit by a car and falls into a coma for two years. When she wakes up, she doesn't remember Abhi at all. The doctor says there's only a small chance she will ever remember their past. Abhi must now find a way to help Riya remember their love and the life they once shared.
