In the winter of 2031 a tragedy is brewing. A world renowned tech company has been experimenting on poor desperate and dying people. Attempting the process of uploading their minds until the operation was perfected. Many people died trying to perfect the upload process, and many more died when they burnt out after. After finding this out, Edward vowed to free at least one upload to try and do one good thing in this dire situation. But this one act, freeing an upload, Olivia, sent his life into anarchy, as he now embarks on a mission to destroy NeuroTech. Alongside this story, a middle aged down on his luck detective named Henry, and an android detective assistant named Mike investigate NeuroTech, uncovering their shady past, misguided goals, and devastating future.

The gods of times long forgotten are slowly returning, spreading the seeds of their worship through the dreams and thoughts of the distressed and exhausted. This originally started as work for my English class that I got a bit too overzealous with.
