~This book is currently finished but is ongoing for editing and changes~ I continue to look at him and his dark, blue eyes were burning through me, maintaining contact with mine as they didn't dare move away. He sure knows how to hold contact. My body was burning, every inch of it, I could feel it. It was getting way too warm in here. This man was making me feel things I didn't even know that was capable. I needed him. I certainly wanted him. I watched his gaze move down onto my lips as he pulls his bottom lip between his teeth. I didn't even notice how close he was to me until he stepped forward, closing the gap between us. I'm also baring in mind that my brother and his friends are literally right next door and here we are, being this extremely close to each other. That's what makes this even more nerve racking. One hand was holding my hip and his other hand was secured on my thigh, preventing me from falling down from the counter, his nose beginning to lightly touch the tip of mine as he lowered his forehead closer to me. The low part of my belly was aching him. I wanted him to do something. To fulfil my needs. I don't know where the hell the courage came from as the next two words fell out of me. "Kiss me." *** Aurora Rianne. A girl with painful memories from a troubled past that she does not like to be reminded of. But she can't help it as the nightmares continue to remind her of them when she falls asleep. She tries so hard to run away but they always reach her. Lyle Anderson. A man, also with a troubled past that's led him to have insomnia, but he does not like to talk about it. Nobody knows. He's never opened up to anyone. Until she came into his life. He finds himself feeling comfort in her presence and opens up, something he never thought he was capable of. When Aurora and Lyle meet, they don't know that the solution to their problems was each other. *** *Warning* This story contains mature themes

~~~ "How do you go from hating one to loving them? Truth be told it seems impossible, but once it starts it cannot be stopped." ~~~ "Our job doesn't allow love, how can't you see that?" ~~~ Anala Gonzalez is anything but predictable. After getting sold to a man that she now calls her father, she was raised to be one of the best assassins the world has ever seen. Her only focus in life is to please her father and do her job. That is until Alex Creed takes up all her thoughts. She takes a liking to him before completely hating him and wanting him dead. Alex Creed's life consists of two things; his family and his job. When Alex's boss asks him to keep watch on his biggest competitor, everything changes. She is bound to hate him but when Alex sees something he wants he does not stop until he's got it. Book 3 of the Fenton Falcon Series When Celeste's relationship comes to an abrupt end she's left without a roof over her head and no idea where to go. That is, until she's offered the most unexpected place to stay: Fenton University's renown Hockey House. Effectively breaking the sacred rule of no female roommates, Celeste ends up on one player's radar who wants nothing more than for her to leave. Maverick Sousa, one of the Falcon's leading defensemen, enjoys his freedom with no strings attached and having a girl living in the room next door was nothing short of inconvenient. However, the bitter taste in Maverick's mouth soon turns into a sweet spot when he realizes Celeste is trying to make a break from an abusive ex. Now, instead of chasing skirts, and fooling around with puck bunnies, Maverick is focused on sheltering the girl that showed up at his doorstep with luggage, and a broken heart.
