There is this hotel that doesn't show up on any map. People call it Hotel Maledictum, a hotel outside normal life, where bad things never really end and no guest ever checks out. For many years, 7 women work there, stuck because of a curse. They have to stay and serve forever, paying for sins they can't fix anymore. Every year, they need to bring new guests. 49 souls, or else the curse takes action on them. Failure means erasure. They always made it. Until ENHYPEN came. Now the lights start to flicker. Candles shake even when there's no wind. If the candles go out, everything repeats. And the girls start to realise something scary: maybe the danger is already inside.

Rora is a Korean girl who lives on a small farm with her family. She works hard every day but always dreams about what's out there beyond her village. Life is simple but she loves learning new things. Asa comes from a rich Japanese family. She has everything but wants to go to university and make her own way. Her parents expect alot from her and she feels pressure all the time. When Asa and her 2 best friends comes to stay at the farm for summer vacation, the two girls meet. At first they don't get along because they're so different. But then they find out they both want freedom in their lives. During the summer, they become close friends and maybe something more. Rora shows Asa how beautiful farm life can be. Asa tells Rora about university and the big world outside. Both girls have to deal with what their familys want and what society expects. When summer ends, Asa has to leave for school. They write letters to each other and try to stay connected, but it's hard when they live such different lives. They said violence never came without warning. That was a lie. Sometimes it arrived quietly- in school bells, unfinished homework, shared lunches, and laughter that felt permanent. Sometimes it waited. The building stood still in the dark, lights humming faintly overhead. A drop of blood slid across the concrete floor, slow and deliberate, like time itself was hesitating. Someone was breathing hard. "Please," a voice whispered. "You don't have to do this." Footsteps echoed closer. Calm. Unhurried. "You're right," another voice replied softly. "We don't." A pause. Then a gun cocked. "But we will." The shot rang out, sharp and final. Far away, in a place that still believed in ordinary days, a school bell rang-signaling the end of class. Students poured into hallways, unaware that somewhere, a line had been crossed. And once crossed- there was no going back.
