Of course a king needs a queen to carry on his lineage, so the current king hosts a four day event for Vegeta to find him a wife. Only saiyan elites can compete, which in this story, you are absolutely not. Y/N is Vegeta's personal guard and servant, who has been working under him for roughly six years and was born a lower class warrior. However, Y/N worked her ass off, and now her power level is even higher than some of the elites. Kakarot, Raditz, Nappa, and yourself are all a part of Vegeta's Royal guard, and as much as you all annoy him, he admits that you're moderately okay at your jobs. Vegeta wants nothing to do with the ceremony, saying that having a mate will take away from his training time.
