Mwotaji, an alley cat, has an unusual "power". Ever since he was a kitten, whenever he went to sleep, he woke up as a completely different cat in a completely different world. His dream self, Soñador, lived on his own, wandering and exploring the world he lived in. While Mwotaji lived in a colony of tomcats in a city alleyway. Whenever Mwotaji slept, he'd wake up as Soñador. When he was awake, Soñador would sleep. And while he was Soñador he could still feel everything that happened in Mwotaji's world. Living in constant fear of waking up. He liked being Soñador better, so he usually spent most of his time sleeping. That is, until the humans invaded his realworld home...

a group of foxes living in a forest recently has been getting smaller. a pack of hunting dogs have been hunting both them and the rabbits they eat. Jenny must find out what's causing the group to shrink, and get rid of the dogs, or the skulk of foxes could face extinction.

Seven tribes of cats live together in a fantasy world where a desert can be between a forest and a rainforest. Each tribe has special abilities, the Mud Tribe have impenetrable fur, the Sand Tribe are immune to fire as long as they are touching sand, the Ice Tribe have really tough claws for climbing rocks and walking on ice, the Sky Tribe can fly, the Sea Tribe have a special seaweed that lets them breathe underwater, the Rain Tribe can turn invisible, and the Night Tribe can sometimes read minds. The leaders of each tribe can choose whether or not they want to have a second in command. Usually they choose someone close to them, such as a sibling, or their mate. However if forced to make a choice they will choose anyone. The second in command is not usually next in line to become the tribe leader but on certain occasions they will be. But how are tribe leaders chosen? When a leader is alive they will choose a specific cat to succeed them. In the Night Tribe it's usually the current leader's daughter. Quick terminology rundown: a molly is a female cat who either doesn't currently have kittens or cannot have kittens, a queen is a female cat currently expecting or raising kittens, and a tom is a male cat. well I hear oneshots are short, single-chapter stories and one popped into my head so I figured I'd make this in case I think of more for this universe. if I do make more, these will be short stories taking place within the timeline of my book Magic Cats: Fall of the Stars that I will put here if I can't find a place or reason to put them in the actual book.

The tale of two of my stuffed cats, Crookshanks and Betsy, as they fall in love and run away together. The book title comes from the surname they adopted when they ... well, spoilers. It may not turn out as well as I would like, but I won't let that stop me. (a note on their names: Crookshanks chose his name after falling in love with the Harry Potter series, originally his mother had named him Puss after the legendary tale of Puss-in-Boots - and while, yes, I originally named him after Dreamworks' Puss-in-Boots, in this universe he's named after the original as the movie hadn't come out yet. Betsy's original name was Kitty, short for Katherine, and by total coincidence (in-universe coincidence, irl she was also named after a Dreamworks character) her last name happened to be Softpaws.) Book cover is currently temporary but do you like the texture of the bark on the tree? I could use advice on realistic tree drawing.

Feri; glowing-eyed winged catlike creatures who change colour. Moon, one of these, had lived her whole life on the outskirts of a feri village, alone. Years ago, her parents disappeared with no sign of where they went. Now, when she finally finds a clue, she journeys to find them. Translated from feri into English by Light - a feri who had not been born yet as of the events of this story. some creatures I made up, and the story I made for them. I've been working on the story since shortly after I started writing Magic Cats but I was never satisfied with the beginning and the pacing of Moon's physical journey, or the worldbuilding. so, I'm rewriting it.

warning: incomplete. will never be finished... in book form, that is. Shadow has always had what her friends call 'dog trouble', but when she and her friends get magic powers and meet a young, naive cat, their new friend escalates the problem... the novel I've been writing since the summer of 2017. the introduction explains why it will never be a book. I'm going to make it a series, like I've always wanted to.
