Timeline not same as the show. It's totally different. --- No one knows what had happened to Kai right after the merge. They mostly just brushed it off as mystery. Every time Kai got asked that question or if the topic came up, he would just clam up. Wouldn't speak much. Wouldn't answer and change the subject most of the time.
