In the year 3070, in San Diego, California, the city embraces a society where humans coexist with two types of drones created by the company JCJenson: worker drones, smaller companions that collaborate with humans, and disassembly drones, larger entities designed for more complex tasks. Initially met with skepticism and fear, the drones eventually gained acceptance and equality in society. Y/n, a boy who lost his parents, enters high school after years of homeschooling. On his first day, he encounters Uzi, an angsty and rebellious worker drone, leading to an awkward introduction. Despite the initial encounter, Y/n befriends other pleasant individuals and drones, making his school life enjoyable. I got this idea by TheSpaceGuyGamer's fanfic, "Unheard Love". As (Y/N) gets dressed for school, he feels uneasy and unable to pinpoint the source of his unease. He walks outside to his childhood friend Tess, who they had made a habit of walking to school together. As they walk, Tess annoys Silver, who is unable to make out Tess's features. As they walk, an elderly man named Mr. Doorman enters the house and bows regally, a habit he had picked up from his life before a Worker Drone. Mr. Doorman asks why Tess's memories are becoming so vivid, and Silver nods. As he focuses on a figure in the shadows, his screen flickers and glitches. A different voice calls (Y/N) and finds himself in Tess's room. She is mocking and joking, and (Y/N) asks what brought him here. (Y/N) explains that he knows Uzi's father will not let him out of the doors to get materials to fix up his railgun.

Just another generic murder drones x reader story. You are (Y/N) one of the disassembly drones that were sent to copper-9 with the objective of exterminating all the worker drones. (English is not my first language, so errors are to be expected).

I also want to point out that morning is night on Copper 9. I am Y/N. A few months back, I met a Disassembly Drone called serial designation S. Not liking that name, I decided to call her Star. At first, she pretended that she didn't like the name, but she kept coming back to me, so she eventually admitted she liked it. Fast forward to the present, me and Star are just cuddling in her containment pod to "keep me warm" when suddenly it launches to Copper 9.
