(She changes to be better dont hate her) Russia notices his friend in need and dedicates himself to helping his friend....friend well that might change in the future just wait to find out. America continued to get bullied and attempts to harm himself due to the constant abuse from his bully Everything goes good till one day he mysteriously falls ill passing out at field day.
