This new stage introduces her to Shuntarō Chishiya, a man who seems like a stranger to her, but in reality was the same doctor who gave her psychotherapy.

What happens when Yuna Park, a young girl who will do anything to survive in this world, gets put against her greatest challenge yet, Chishiya Shuntaro, a man she's not sure she can trust but can't help but be drawn to him anyways. This is a OC x Chishiya story you can read this as a reader insert but she has her own personality and backstory. 𝐘𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐲𝐚 wasn't surrounded by the best people growing up. She was raised around the world of drugs, crime and violence. But growing up in that environment meant she had to be careful. One wrong move could've gotten her killed. So, she developed the ability to read people. She knew what people wanted, before they even wanted it. She understood people even when they didn't understand themselves. This ability got her so far and now she has to use it to survive in the borderlands. She just hopes that her emotions won't get in her way. 𝐒𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐲𝐚 didn't care about anything. But there was always one thing that stuck in his mind. He always distanced himself from everything and everyone. He knew he was selfish. He always performed out of self preservation. He couldn't understand why anyone would want to save him, and yet she did. Now that they are stuck in the borderlands together, Katya has to survive with him and face the darkest moments in her life. And Chishiya has to watch as Katya does the thing he is incapable of doing. Care.

𝓨𝐔𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐈 𝓜𝐈𝐔𝐑𝐀's daily life focuses on taking lifes, living off every stolen breath. She more enjoyed seeing a corpse than an alive human. Assuming she was capable of feeling. People more often were calling her "Ningyō"-to show how empty she's on the inside, under her cracked skin. 𝓢𝐇𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐑Ō 𝓒𝐇𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐘𝐀 focuses on saving lives, trying to find out if his own is worth saving. Ever since he started college and even as a surgical intern, he hasn't been able to find the answer to his question. He claims that he lives only to show others how empty a human can be. 𝓞ne born to take lives, the other born to save them. A world in which there is no room for morality, nor principles, let alone for judging who is good and who is evil.
