When it came to her sister's crush, Aru Shah couldn't care less than she already did. She didn't even know the guy, and it didn't help that he was the hot topic in all of Kara's and Aru's conversations. She knew she had to meet the dude someday, because of their mutual friend group, but she didn't expect to meet him to help him and Kara for their project. It helped her too, so what was the point in denying? Aiden knew people only liked him, and talked to him because of his looks. He knew love was a waste of time, because the guy Aiden actually was was someone who nobody cared about. But when one of his friends came up to him and told him that she had found a model for their end-of-year project, he readily accepted, not knowing that this one person would make him change his perspective. In the end, he realised, there were albums of snapshots, all overflowing with pictures of memories he never knew he wanted.

"Just shut up and agree!" "Why should I? You're the one who's being childish right now" "Me? Seriously? Who's the one who spilt their leaking pen ink all over my locker!" "I said I'm sorry! I even cleaned it up for you, so I think it's stupid of what you're asking me to do" "Do you want me to tell everyone your entire 5th grade?" The other opened her mouth and then sighed in exasperation. "I can't stand you" "Then sit down" he replied, slinging his bag over his shoulder as he walked away. "I'll see you at 8:30" ---------------------------- Aru Shah and Aiden Acharya have been rivals since 7th grade. Well okay, just because they were friends before, does that mean friends can't fall apart? Now, a fight for glory, pride and just a big number 1 before their names on the highest grade list of their state. Only the highest person will get selected for the English Story Championship 2023. Who will get to the top? But the thought ends abruptly when...both of them get selected? 100% | An Aru Shah AU

How hard can it be to fulfil a prophecy? That is, while having to work with a chiselled, righteous soldier who sees you merely as his duty and a silver-eyed, sarcastic demi-god that takes any chance to belittle you. I doubt it would be that hard... right? ************** Normal. No-one was more familiar with that word than Hanna. With a part-time job as a waitress at a run-down cafe and trying to complete her studies while slaving away after her neglecting parents, Hanna had begun to believe that life was just an endless droll of misery. It was too bad that normal wasn't written in Hanna's fate. Her whole world was turned upside down when a scruffy man appeared in the cafe she worked at. Not knowing who he is or where he came from, he had simply given her a message on a slip of paper and left just as quickly as he had come. That slip of paper changed everything. Tossed into Aaru- an unknown world, Hanna is forced to come to terms with who she actually is and the purpose of her very existence, unfolding the secrets of her previously unknown powers. Not without help, of course. By her side- a dark enticing God and dashing noble warrior to guide her path. Hanna must defeat the evil lurking in the ancient lands of Aaru as the prophecy had foretold. But, will the evil be too much to overcome? Or, will her newfound relationships present as an obstacle?

In a home built on love, patience, and second chances - Will Halstead and Natalie Manning are raising two boys who couldn't be more different. Owen Jeffrey Manning, Natalie's son from her first marriage, has Will's discipline memorized and his heart anchored right in the middle of it. He calls him Dad now - because titles fade fast when someone shows up every day and stays. And then there's Evan Brooks Halstead, Will and Natalie's youngest - the quieter one, the thinker, the soft laugh in a loud house. From hospital shifts and bedtime talks to broken rules, brother rivalries, and quiet forgiveness, these one-shots capture the life they've built together - messy, warm, and completely theirs. 💙 Strict when it matters. Gentle when it counts. Always family.
