Lucy is in East hollywood but used to be at mid Wilshire but moved to go undercover but before she left was a detective so now she gets called a uc detective, Tim is a Sargent but they have never met as she moved before he joined, Lucy is best friends with Angela and she gets called back to mid Wilshire for a uc opp with Tim as jake & Sava. They end up catching feelings for each other and soon after the opp start dating.

the story of tim as a rookie meeting his first puppy and then coming across her years later in the time of him training lucy. (it will be a chenford story eventually i promise!)
