After a training session gone wrong, Lance is injected with a poison which threatens to take away his memory after a week. The only way to get him back would be for someone to help him remember his life, or he'll be gone forever... Secrets are spilled, feelings are shared, and love is near. Maybe the only one who can save him is Keith... the clock is ticking. the first chapters are very cringy, my writing (i think) improved a little as it went on, just a heads up Does have some swearing, and lances condition isn't meant to relate to or be similar to dementia and/or symptoms

As the Blade of Marmora and Voltron gain leverage against the Galra, Keith is sent back to the castle to visit with his teammates for a few days. While everyone happily welcomes Keith with open arms Lance chooses to keep his distance. Frustrated with Lance's unexplained bitter attitude, Keith confides his stresses to the red lion. When red gets fed up with Keith's late night angst she decides to take action. That my friends is how Keith and Lance got locked insided of a giant magic robot space cat. "Bonding" is achieved by biting into a scent gland hard enough to draw blood and eventually scar, it ties two people together mentally, physically, and emotionally. Like, a really extreme marriage. But is a sin if one of the partners doesn't have consent or have been courted. But sometimes tradition is Broken.

[ COMPLETED] Keith's jaw dropped as his heart stopped. The electricity flowing through him felt like static as he turned to Lance. Lance's arms were around him quick, pulling him close and lifting him up. Keith saw Lance spin him around but he couldn't feel it. He was numb. He felt like he was watching it happen from someone else's point of view. He saw how deep Lance's eyes were and how wide his smile was. Keith ran his hands through Lance's hair, trying to capture this moment forever. He couldn't stop the laugh that bubbled out of him. He was so happy, and felt so warm and numb. The moment was surreal, just him and Lance. ... Keith and Lance have been "friends" since high school, but everyone sees them more as rivals. They can't stand to be around each other, but when their jobs bring them closer together, Keith sees Lance in a different way and Lance starts feelings things other than anger. {Cover done by my wonderful friend Avie, @damnallgoodnamesgone check out her work!}

Lance accidentally confesses to Keith on a mission when Keith gets hurt, and to his surprise, Keith reciprocates. The two go on adventures together, having more and more bonding moments as they go. This is a story that I enjoyed writing and I hope that others get to enjoy it too :)
