"Come on, Jason!" Anna exclaimed. This was the time when we were going to be late for our own graduation. So, Anna got me dressed up, brush my teeth, and eat breakfast. Sometimes, i see my mom inside her, the way she does everything for me. "Alright, i'm ready," I told. But, before we left I returned to my room and secretly got the present I got for Anna. Then we drove off, going to the ceremony using Anna's car. We instantly saw that the parking lot was full, so we parked across the street. Everyone was wearing tuxes and dresses, carrying their cameras. "Can you believe it, Anna, this was the place where we first met," I proclaimed. "Yeah, I even remember you wore braces and very thin, look at you now, you have a body of a model. Even so, you are still the goofiest dumb ass i know," Anna added. Then names were called, and each went up to the stage. Then it was the time when Anna and I, were called. We finally graduated. Then Anna hugged me,I turned so red like a cherry.

This is a project for our Asian Literature class. There is no plagiarism. In Media Res "Oh, I almost forgot," Jason said, getting something from his pocket. "What's that?" I asked. "Just a little gift," he replied, smiling cheekily. I opened the little red box that had 'Anna' written on it. Inside the box was a ticket for a lifetime supply of pancakes. "Oh my god, thank you!" I exclaimed. I really love pancakes. "You're welcome," he replied, smiling. I reached for my purse and got this small box wrapped with newspapers. "I didn't have much time in buying gift wrap, sorry about that." "Liar," I thought. He'll never know, anyway. He told me that it was fine and started unwrapping it. Once he did, he immediately put me in a bear hug. "You are awesome, you should know that," Jason whispered. "I know," I replied, smirking. Inside the small box there was a gift certificate worth $5,000 in the cupcake factory. "To pancakes and cupcakes," we both said.
