Seulgi was breathless, her chest rising and falling in rapid bursts. Her thoughts were messy, confused, and desperate to make sense of something that couldn't be. But her body didn't care about sense. "I hate you," she whispered. It was the only thing that made it to her lips, the only defense she had left. But even that felt empty, dissolving the second Jaeyi kissed her again rougher, needier, like she already knew she'd won. "Unnie... Yeri and Kyung are right there," Seulgi panted, voice trembling. "Then be quiet," Jaeyi murmured against her ear. "Or maybe don't." Seulgi whimpered, her fingers curling into Jaeyi's coat, dragging her closer when she should've pushed away. Her mind screamed wrong, but her body had already betrayed her, melting into Jaeyi's touch, her warmth, her scent. Jaeyi's hands slid down her back, pulling her into the heat of her body, and Seulgi shivered at the intensity of it-of her, of them. The want that unfolded through her was terrifying, it was consuming. She stopped fighting. She didn't want to fight anymore. That moment marked the beginning of something neither of them could take back. A forbidden thing, whispered between locked doors and lingering stares, a secret cousins don't share. But they did. And now, every glance burned, every brush of fingers carried weight. Guilt tangled with longing. Shame with desire. They told themselves they could stop. That they would stop. But love like this doesn't stop quietly. And sooner or later, someone's going to find out. Will they choose each other in the end? Or will everything come crashing down? ______ Warning: This story is a work of fiction. It contains themes of forbidden romance and sexual content, which may be sensitive for some readers. But when betrayal cuts deep and lines are crossed, can they still find a way back to each other-or are they destined to keep breaking each other apart? _ "Class dismissed," she said curtly, already organizing her things. I was just about to pack my stuff when I heard her voice again. "Chung Subin." I froze mid-motion, my hand hovering over my bag. Why is she calling me now? The entire class went quiet, their eyes bouncing between me and Ms. Lee. "Yes, ma'am?" I answered, standing up hesitantly. "Follow me," she said, her tone leaving no room for argument. She didn't even look at me as she slung her bag over her shoulder. "And carry this," she added, motioning to a stack of papers and a book she had left on her desk. I glanced at Woo-ri, who was giving me the most bewildered look. "Go," she mouthed silently, clearly curious but also worried. I walked over to Ms. Lee's desk, quickly grabbing her things. Turning to Woo-ri, I gave her a small wave. "I'll catch up with you later, Woo-ri," I said softly. "Go ahead without me." "You sure? Don't let her eat you alive!" she whispered dramatically, but I waved her off with a nervous smile. _ A professor and her student, drawn to each other in ways neither of them can explain. The boundaries are clear, but their emotions refuse to be ignored.

What if she never really disappeared? After Yoo Jae-I vanishes without a trace, Woo Seul-gi chooses to leave everything behind, until a mysterious new roommate named "Gerry" shows up halfway through her first semester at Stanford. She looks familiar. She moves familiar. But she says she's never met Seul-gi in her life. In a story that picks up where Friendly Rivalry left off, The Room Wasn't Empty is a slow-burn mystery wrapped in skateboards, chemistry labs, and stolen glances. What starts as suspicion becomes longing. And what was once rivalry... might've always been love. DISCLAIMER: This story is sprinkled with a dash of reality, a whole lot of "what if," and zero claims to actual truth. It's fan fiction, folks, aka imagination in overdrive. Any resemblance to real events or people is purely because our brains can't help but blur the lines sometimes. Read with your heart, not a fact-checker.

The wind howled through the broken walls of Chung Kingdom, carrying the scent of ash and blood. Fires still smoldered in the distance, casting an eerie glow over the shattered remains of what once stood proud and unyielding. Soldiers marched through the streets, their armor stained with the dust of battle, dragging survivors from the ruins. Among them, shackled and stripped of her silks, was Chung Subin. Her wrists were bound with rough rope, the fibers biting into her flesh with every stumble. She kept her gaze fixed on the ground, unwilling to meet the eyes of the conquerors who sneered and spat as she passed. Her father's banners lay trampled in the mud, crimson and gold smeared with dirt and footprints. The once-mighty emblem of her family now lay forgotten, just as her kingdom had been. "Move faster," a guard snarled, shoving her forward. Subin staggered, knees hitting the ground. Pain shot through her legs, but she did not cry out. Tears were a luxury she had abandoned long ago. They led her to the towering walls of Lee Kingdom's castle-its spires piercing the clouds like daggers. The gates groaned open, revealing the sprawling stone fortress that would become her prison. Word of her capture had spread quickly. Servants whispered, nobles smirked behind raised fans, and the guards called her traitor as if it were her name. But it was not their eyes that cut the deepest. It was hers. Lee Hyeri stood atop the grand staircase, her gaze sharp and unyielding. Draped in silks of midnight blue, she was every bit the image of ruthless royalty. Her lips curled into a smile that did not reach her eyes as Subin was dragged before her, forced to her knees at Hyeri's feet. "So, this is the last princess of Chung," Hyeri mused, circling her like a predator savoring its catch. "Not much left of your father's pride now, is there?" Subin clenched her fists, the rope burning deeper into her skin. She would not give Hyeri the satisfaction of her tears. Not now. Not ever.
