Jack Sylvain is a member to the group "LilyBell" who's the counterparts of Lycoris agents However they are better trained in eliminating their targets and dangerous as well. During an operation to intercept a large exchange of sensitive information for military firearms, Jack disobeys orders jeopardizing the safety of other colleagues in the process. As a result, the agency dismissed him for disobeying orders of his leader and was then transferred to work with an elite Lycoris agent that operates undercover in a café called "LycoReco". Intending to be reinstated back to the agency, Jack cooperates with Alexia on managing the café, while the peace that is being protected by the Lycoris and LilyBells that are being challenged by terrorists and it's the first time for Lilybells and Lycoris to work together in a transfer unit between two agencys who don't even get along so how would two hitmen work in a small cafe to protect Tokyo?
