It's 2028, and the war between humans and anthros hasn't stopped. Russia is suspected of making an alliance with the anthro forces, but it's not confirmed. The United Nations still holds strong in 2028, however their members and the human population in America has decreased significantly, along with anthros. Both sides faced many losses, but it seems like the Anthros are winning. The anthros claimed some parts of the United States, and it doesn't seem like their advance will come to a close any time soon. The U.S is struggling to stand it's ground, and it's only a matter of time before Russia takes it over with the anthros. [This book contains depicted scenes of violence, swearing, and ptsd. If you are uncomfortable with those topics, I suggest you do not read this. There may be some inaccuracies as well since I only know snippets of military life from other books and things.]

In 2003, the United States of America alongside allied forces such as the Polish, British, and Australians partook in operation Iraqi Freedom. Within a relative month, the US and it's allies had toppled the Ba'athist government of Iraq. Yet, with the war a decisive coalition victory, only thirteen years later, the United States alongside a new group of allies, being the French Republic, United Kingdom, Federal Republic of Germany, and the Combined Isle Nation would once more find themselves fighting in the familiar sands of Iraq. A certain marine not even out of his twenties finds himself and his colleges around him as the first to enter Iraq as a part of Operation Restore Democracy, just as the marines before him had done only thirteen years ago as a part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. And just so happened to be born at the right time. Cover art was done by @ssorasora AKA SmoleVN!

The year is 2029. For four grueling years, humanity has been embroiled in a brutal, planet-spanning war against the Kalimarians, an advanced anthropomorphic race. This desperate conflict rages across Kalimaria-a world linked to Earth by ancient, portals that were rediscovered in the early 1940s. Amidst the chaos of this conflict, a U.S. Soldier, Scott Caine, finds himself the sole survivor of a devastating, failed operation. Thrown into an utterly unfamiliar and hostile landscape, his only hope for survival and understanding lies with a shaky alliance with a special operations team of Kalimarian soldiers from a neutral nation. These Kalimarians, facing a grave, escalating threat of their own, are desperately seeking aid from the United States-a plea that could redefine the very nature of this brutal, years-long war.

Michael also known as "Wolf" (because of a patch he wears on his kit and helmet) is a member of what was the 75th Ranger Regiment. He finds himself a veteran of a war between humanity and anthros. While he doesn't exactly hate them he doesn't exactly trust them either despite their efforts to rebuild the relationship between species. Unfortunately a good chunk of humanity and anthro kind was wiped out due to the war. But due to the anthros ability to reproduce faster they were able to recover much faster leaving humanity at a loss. Michael finds himself alone and on the run from a one of the most dangerous anthro militaries (at least to humans), known as the Obsidian Front. They continue to hunt down and kill humans forces despite the end to the war, causing proxy wars and often large scale skirmishes between them and remaining human militias.

The year is 2043. The future. Or more accurately; the time of war. Humanity is at war with Anthros - the United Federation - under the charges that the UF infiltrated multiple 'human' nations and detonated their nuclear warheads, utterly ruining their stability. A small team of U.S. Marines have taken a helicopter after being cut off from the rest of the Remnant Army, and are trying to get back over the frontlines: Out of recently-occupied enemy territory, when their luck runs dry.
