It was no brainer Agent likes Victim, everyone knew that. Agent knew that, the workers of rocket corp knew that, Ballista knew that, Primal as well and even Hazard who was always clueless on what's happening. My take on the events of late BFDIA/IDFB- based on an old theory/headcanon I had created a year or so back.
