how Maxine has lived this long in the zombie apocalypse is hard to believe but it may be the fact that she's immune, Dr. Merch took her when her dad was nowhere to be found. but her personality is that of a young child always happy and cheerful and full of imagination. But in her mind everything has gone to hell she's practically broken with her mentally unstable thoughts. The only thing allowing Maxine to keep a small amount of her sanity is the thought that jacket clinging on the her body she's still searching that is until her knight in a grey camo shirt saves her from herself. You loved Murphy and he loved you as much as you loved him. You knew Murphy your entire life, Pre-Z, as kids you knew each other. However, when he got arrested, you stopped talking. Then, the outbreak happened and you knew the prison he was in got overrun. You thought he was dead. Then, you saw him when you were with Warren, Garnet, Doc, Addy, and Mack at Camp Blue Sky. Sneak Peak I was standing next to the truck with the guy Hammond was with. He kept staring at me. Finally, I sighed and pointed my gun at him, saying, "Problem?" He looked down and I made him look at me by lifting his chin up with the top of my gun. My eyes widened and I said, softly, "Murphy?" He smiled, slightly, and said, "Hey, (Your Name). Long time no see." I lowered my weapon and I wrapped my arms around his neck, crying. I cried into his shoulder and I said, "I thought you were dead." He chuckled and said, "I thought you were too." I looked into those blue eyes of his and I kissed him, despite the bite mark on his torso, that I could feel through his shirt.

Rose has only known the walls of a hospital growing up. She was always sick. Sometimes she couldn't even get out of bed. Even close to death. Never leaving the hospital long enough to live a normal life. Now there was no chance she could with Zombies roaming the earth. In the beginning of Black Summer, a Doctor gave her parents one last chance at a treatment that could cure her. That cure changed her life forever. Now when she sings she controls the zombies, but with a cost. Later, joining a group of survivors that has the only known cure to save the world. Or so they thought. Along the way they find adventures that await. Maybe even a little love. ~The story does start with the group finding Rose first and then moved to season 1 episode 6 on chapter 8.
