❝𝑾𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒃𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒚 𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒕, 𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒚?❞ _____________________________ Sidharth never wanted this marriage. Trapped by circumstances and haunted by a past he didn't want to face, he told himself it was only a duty. But Noor-silent, simple Noor-was something he couldn't ignore. Her presence stirred something in him, her quietness louder than his own chaos. She never asked for anything, yet she made him face the parts of himself he wanted to forget. And as his walls started to fall, he hated that he wanted her-that he needed the warmth of someone he was never meant to have. As time went on, He began to behave in ways that were antithetical to his initial intentions. He found himself doing everything he had once vowed never to do with his wife. He became the very husband he had despised. He started to crave more, an insatiable desire that gnawed at his soul for her. And then nothing seems to satisfy his aching soul other than his arranged wife's one smile. ●An Indian arranged marriage romance. #Book-1 in #His bride series. Nandini and Aarav have been enemies for as long as they can remember-she's the wild one, always breaking the rules, while he's the disciplined, serious type. But when forced to work together, their constant bickering starts to reveal something neither of them expected: an undeniable attraction. As their animosity turns into something deeper, they're faced with the challenge of keeping their feelings hidden. The more they clash, the more they realize that the lines between hate and love are dangerously blurred. Enemies. Rivals. And maybe something even more and stronger. ***************************************** Nandini tries to shove him away, her voice sharp "You don't own me, Aarav." Aarav grabs her wrists, pinning them above her head, his body pressing into hers "Then why do you always end up right here, in my arms?" She glares, her breath uneven "Because you won't let me go." He leans in, his lips ghosting over her jaw, voice low, dark, possessive "Damn right, I won't. I'd rather ruin everything before I let you slip away." She gasps, heart hammering, but she masks it with a smirk "You sound desperate." He chuckles darkly, his grip tightening on her waist, pulling her closer "Not desperate, Jaan. Just determined. If keeping you means breaking rules, burning bridges, or locking doors-so be it." She swallows hard, trying to ignore the heat pooling in her chest "That's obsession, Aarav." He tilts her chin up, his thumb brushing over her lower lip, eyes burning into hers "Then let me be obsessed. Let me be reckless. Let me destroy the world if it means keeping you in it." She shivers, her body betraying her, but she still whispers "You're crazy." He grins wickedly, his lips barely an inch from hers, his grip firm, unrelenting "For you? Completely. And I'll never stop."
