Some say that pajama parties are just for kids, but who says they are not for adults too? When he learns that the holiday Pajama Day is around the corner, Branch gets an idea to have a pajama party with his older brothers, his girlfriend, and her older sister at his bunker. This idea gets everyone excited as they can't wait to play games, eat lots of snacks, have a spa night, watch a movie, have a BroZone dance party, and stay up late doing more fun activities. So Branch hopes that this pajama bunker party will be a lovely opportunity for him to spend some quality time with his older brothers and do something fun together as a family, along with Poppy and Viva.

After the events of saving Floyd, defeating and arresting Velvet and Veneer and getting BroZone back together, together all 16 Trolls including BroZone (Branch (Justin Timberlake), John Dory (Eric André), Spruce (Daveed Diggs), Clay (Kid Cudi) and Floyd (Troye Sivan)), the Pop Sisters (Poppy (Anna Kendrick) and Viva (Camila Cabello)) and The Snack Pack (returning member DJ Suki (Gwen Stefani), Biggie (James Corden) with Mr. Dinkles, Cooper (Ron Funches), Prince D (Anderson .Paak), Guy Diamond (Kunal Nayyar), Tiny Diamond (Kenan Thompson), Satin and Chenille (Icona Pop) and Smidge (Walt Dohrn)) embark on an epic journey to save and find what's causing the Trolls to lose their music and BroZone's lost sister Willow (Tayla Parx) from a dark force which she was missing. Along the way, the team meet new friends and a new tribe of Trolls: the Samba Trolls and faces exciting challenges as they travel new worlds by beyond the Troll World to defeat the evil and wicked king of his army of chaotic and darkness monsters called "The Chaotic Guards" -- Lord Chaos (J.K. Simmons), his mysterious and sharp-witted minion Troll -- Valerie Darkness (Gal Gadot) and the evil trio of the Troll overlords but the brothers finally reunite with their parents Abel (Brian Tyree Henry) and Thorn (Maya Rudolph), they also reunite with their grandmother Rosiepuff (GloZell Green) who revealed to be alive after getting eaten while Poppy and Viva also reunite with their long lost mother, wife of King Peppy and the forgotten queen of the Pop Trolls Queen Isabella (Jennifer Lopez).
