What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing holiday had turned into a tragedy which had left Ryan (8-BitRyan) and Rhys (Razzbowski) with more injuries than they could even count, both physically and mentally. When presented with the opportunity to recover, they somewhat hesitantly accept, only to realise that they had signed up to another nightmare. The Insomnia Gaming Festival is a gaming convention held in Birmingham, England, and for the first time in its history, American celebrities have been invited to take part in the various stage shows. Markiplier (Mark), LordMinion777 (Wade), muyskerm (Bob), Tyler Scheid (Tyler) and CrankGamePlays (Ethan) agree to meet up with a fellow YouTuber and friend jacksepticeye (Seán) so that they can all travel to the convention together when the day comes, excited for its arrival. However, it quickly becomes apparent that things are not going to turn out how they expected, as one member of the group is struggling to contain a dark secret that only seems to be getting worse, and fears that if released it will threaten not only his life, but the lives of everyone around him. For sometimes, reality can be darker than fiction.

Lewis, more commonly known online as Dawko, travelled with his four friends - Ryan (8-BitRyan), Baz (Bazamalam), Will (of DAGames) and Razz (Razzbowski) - to Alton Towers for a three-day holiday to give them all a break from the stress of YouTube and to have a relaxing break where they could spend time together outside of work. However, sometimes it's impossible to truly get away from things. Or sometimes, a part of you just doesn't want to let go, or simply won't let you go. For stress can be a very powerful force that sometimes becomes too much to deal with; especially for one of the group's members. But one thing is for sure; this is going to be a holiday to remember.

The Ego Sickness Trilogy is a collection of three books, following two groups of charecters, through one single intertwined story. Those charecters, for better or for worse, have met their ends. Some survived, relatively unscathed. Others survived with scars that would last them decades, both physically and mentally. Others bare burdens that they will never truly be rid of, doomed to live in torment. And the others? Well, I'm sure you know what happened to them, don't you? However, did it really have to end the way that it did? Could things have gone better? Perhaps they could have gone worse? Things could have turned out very differently, the story couldn't have had an end that is unrecognisable to the one which it has now. This book contains three main things. Simplistic summaries and in-depth looks at each book; charecter analysis and profiles, to document each and every single thing they had to experience, and all of the developemnt they went through before their deaths or escapes; and most importantly, a large collection of "what-if" scenarios, showing the same chapters from different charecter's perspectives, or rewritten chapters under different scenarios, inside of the same universe.
