But does Elain, Eris, or Gwyn have a super awesome pet turtle? I didn't think so. Novalie does... and she also has a ton of other secrets (ones she doesn't even know about). She also makes Azriel pretty happy. And desperate. And sappy. And touch her and ☠️. And.. Azriel and her pet turtle turn out to be bff. I think. So far... I mean at one point they have a moment where I wasn't sure who was going to win.. but they do work it out.

It follows somehow the plot of the original series, but it's changed as the story progresses thanks to the different protagonist as she has her own impact on the whole plot. I'm aiming to discover different sides of the characters we all know and love. How they would interact with someone that is not Feyre as Rhys' mate. How would the Prythian look like and face the challenges. The story begins with Darcy and Rhys already mated, to speed things up a little.
