After saving their mother's -- and Auradon -- from a certain fate, Chloe and Red find themselves facing a new reality where their mothers are still best friends, and now they wish for their daughters to be too. Now roommates and somewhat friends, they begin taking on the new school year together along with unfamiliar feelings.

After they fixed the past they were back at the greeting place which quickly ended, Chloe and Red get the same dorm and begin notice some things about themselves and how they feel about the other person.
