Meet Jack Frost, Kristoff Ice, Flynn Rider and Hiccup Haddock. They are the best police officers in the force. They each are trying to hunt down The Four Seasons. What if they discover that The Four Seasons have reasons for being in the gang. Will they help?

As in Dick's son?" I ask. He shakes his head, "No, Nephew, my father is dead, along with my mother." Jack puts both hands on the chair and leans in, "Because he killed them." He says slowly. I feel my breathe get caught in my throat, "Wh... Who?" I ask. I see his dark blue eyes turning almost gray, "The Joker." He pushes off almost knocking me out of my seat. "You look like her." He says again as he go to the window. "Like who Mr. Grayson?" I ask again, finally finding my voice. He turns to me and smiles, "Like Harley Quinn." After watching her parents get killed at the age of 13 by her older sister, Elsa Quinzel decide to the villains of Gotham City become ex villains after the Joker's passing and Harley Quinn behind bars, she become the new Therapist at Gotham Arkham Asylum where she meets, Poison Ivy, Two-Face, Riddler and Harley Quinn herself. But along the way she meets a boy who she believes shouldn't be in there but see a different side of him that no one should ever see and to her surprise, she has even dared to fall in love. Love Locked Up is a romantic, Gotham world fan where danger is a new kind of love and nothing is as it seems.

I've moved away from the ROTBFD thing now for a while now but I will try to finish this. Now for description. Anna was only a child when all of this happen. It was just a small amount of liquid Elsa tinkered it so it would sparkle. But after a few sudden sips later, Anna was out cold and a new life was about to begin... Years had gone by and Anna is managing her this condition, she was managing her painfully slow freezing. It started from her toes, onto her feet, surely creeping up her legs and soon enough her whole body will be frozen eventually. With these ice patches growing on her skin, socks, dresses, and boots have become her second skin almost. But the kingdom has been pretty lonely with eldest and only sister locked up for as long as she can remember. Once the queen had taken notice of this she had decided Anna needed a friend. So she found one... Hiccup, a shy, a bit quirky, awkward, and very creative young boy. Once the two met, there was an instant click, now the future awaits them. Anna is in need of help, and Hiccup is the resolution. (I tried to make it more interesting and higher level)
