Adrienne Griffin, better known as Dri, resides and works in the small town of Warren, Michigan. Safety is something to always consider when going out and about, especially at night. When an incident leads to a decision making, Dri makes the wrong one and ends up in the wrong place at the wrong time. Who else to find her in her time of need than the man she barely knew, barely heard about, and seen only a few nights before? Out of nothing comes more than Dri had ever hoped to find, and she's not the only one who's left breathless in the end. (Note: For nearly ten months, this story has had the same bland description. I finally rewrote it, and would just like to add this is definitely not a cliche story, so you're in for surprises.)

Hold on to those-I'll meet you out,' he leaned forward in my ear to tell me. 'Wh-' I glanced quickly at his barely visible face. 'Go!' he ordered. - This story takes place in 2002 - When Eminem releases a track dissing the popular pop/r&b girl group, Divine 4, the lead singer, Melissa fires back, humiliating him. Ironically, that brings them closer, which leads them into a complicated relationship as Melissa struggles to stay in a group that treats her horribly. As their relationship goes through a series of ups and downs, it leaves one question - will they ever admit they love each other?

Cassie Rosario is a confident, career driven 27 year-old with major commitment issues. After meeting Eminem her beliefs are shook up and she no longer knows what she wants. Their connection is obvious and genuine, and that scares her. Beginning in early 2000 when Marshall's career is starting to blow up, pressure is put on Cassie from the very start of their relationship. Will Cassie and Marshall work out for the best? Or will she push him away like she does with everyone else?

THE STORY TAKES PLACE IN 2011 "Have you ever considered how big of a bitch you are?" Marshall asks me. I've had enough of his shit already! The way he talks to me and the way he treats me is way over the line. I've never liked him and I never will and even though I've tried to keep it professional then I just can't because for some reason he doesn't like me either. "Have you considered that you should maybe just shut up sometimes?" I say rolling my eyes as I keep my eyes on the numbers on the paper. "Maybe I need to remind you that you actually work for me Jenny." Marshall says with arrogance in his tone and I can't help but laugh at him. "I work for Interscope, not for you." I correct him. "Just get this shit done." He says and throws me a stack of paper on the table. Jenny gets a new job as an accountant on Interscope Records where she's doing all the accounting on Shady Records, but she doesn't really get along with Eminem as they can't stand each other. Jenny has never been into Eminem's music or his way of behaving and even though he's sober now then Jenny still stick by her opinion about him. Eminem doesn't like Jenny because she just gave him a horrible first expression. How is it gonna work when you're working site by site with your enemy?
