Frowners, an entity simply existing from the wasted parts of other dead entities matter, the failed pieces creating frowners and rattlers. Quite honestly, they shouldn't exist really. They don't have parents, any identifying qualities, the ability to easily express any emotion other than sadness and gloom. But somehow, these mysterious entities have fought harsh wars, fought past near extinction and refuse to give up. (THIS STORY CONTAINS MOSTLY HEADCANNONS.) Jason Hauwl, a teenager working at Yellowstone National park finds himself asked to investigate upon the missing people reports within the area. Most say its just irresponsible fucking around with Bison or a bear, however he refuses that over 1'000 people yearly are that stupid. And besides, most of those bodies are found. He gets out of his store shift early for investigation, bringing his gun-owning best friend, Sarah Junkins with him to the source of most of the dissapearances to find out why all these people have spontaneously vanished. His theory was correct, in some ways.

Casey, a 15 year-old highschooler is accidently no-clipped into the backrooms when on a trip with her friends, and finds herself in level fun =) after narrowly escaping a howler, and is nearly tricked and killed by partygoers here. However, a mysterious hooded entity saves her, and agrees to be her friend. They will attempt to travel these levels and escape, but they wont do it alone.... This place doesn't feel real. Are the halls really that endless? Is it all the same? What lies ahead? One thing is for sure I know i'll be here for awhile.
