Autumn is going through a Miscarriage and her friends are helping her through it and she is hurting from it, She is suffering from it. It also includes other storylines from The Nursery Nurse (Childcare worker). She eventually gets a Rainbow Baby in the future. Winter and Autumn are both suffering from this as Winter knows how much she wanted this Rainbow Baby/Babies. She is going through a lot because of her childhood and she is healing slowly from it. Personally, Autumn risks not being able to become a Mother in the first chapter, emotionally, Autumn and Winter are upset because Winter knows that Autumn was happy for these babies when she was first pregnant. But she is worried about another miscarriage (Fear), Autumn is learning after the grief that she went through.
