Mia and Charlotte were happy, as were Reece and Marjorie, but suddenly, Autumn and Winter get a call from both couples. Both couples were terrified. Reece screaming at Autumn through the phone while Charlotte was in tears to Winter. Autumn and Winter sat down discussing. Why would Mia go back to Reece? Why would they give up their happy marriage and relationship? What lies underneath the surface?

Autumn is going through a Miscarriage and her friends are helping her through it and she is hurting from it, She is suffering from it. It also includes other storylines from The Nursery Nurse (Childcare worker). She eventually gets a Rainbow Baby in the future. Winter and Autumn are both suffering from this as Winter knows how much she wanted this Rainbow Baby/Babies. She is going through a lot because of her childhood and she is healing slowly from it. Personally, Autumn risks not being able to become a Mother in the first chapter, emotionally, Autumn and Winter are upset because Winter knows that Autumn was happy for these babies when she was first pregnant. But she is worried about another miscarriage (Fear), Autumn is learning after the grief that she went through.
