This also includes Katsuki, Izuku, and Aizawa also having a bounty on their heads, but another "villain" will also protect them.

It was definitely dangerous, but he had to do it because of the consequences he would get if he declined. The Hero Commission isn't as it seems, keeping secrets that the public shouldn't know. Hawks is forced to keep these things or he'll be punished, which doesn't help his mental state. But when a certain someone gets close enough to him, will he reveal these secrets and ruin the Hero Commission?
